chore(release): bump version to 1.0.1 (build 7) - #11

Version bump for the TestFlight release uploaded today as 1.0.1 (7).

Changes

• Marketing version 1.0 -> 1.0.1 and build number 6 -> 7 in all four places: app.json, ios/OpenNotes/Info.plist, MARKETING_VERSION/CURRENT_PROJECT_VERSION in the pbxproj, and Android versionCode/versionName
• Regenerated package-lock.json — it was out of sync (react-dom was added to package.json without a lock update), which broke npm ci
• Updated ios/Podfile.lock so the native pod resolves from the mobile ink 0.3.4 package (the previous lock predated the dependency bump)

Notes

• App Store Connect rejected 1.0 build 7 because the 1.0 train is closed after release, hence the marketing version bump to 1.0.1
• The mobile-ink 0.3.4 npm package ships a podspec internally labeled 0.3.2, so Podfile.lock shows MathNotesMobileInk (0.3.2) — the compiled source is the 0.3.4 package contents (path-based pod). The stale podspec version should be fixed in the next mobile-ink release.
• Metadata-only change: no app code touched. The built archive was verified (CFBundleVersion 7, signed) and the upload succeeded; full manual test pass on device completed.
